	7:32pm	The docs changed up the mix on our vitamins this past week. Pretty effective so far. We're already performing better in workouts and drills.
	7:28pm	Things are quiet lately. Still, my team and I are pushing ourselves harder than ever.
	11:56am	Played in a poker game and won, of course! Bloke cheated me out of a quid so had ta kill 'um. Love that I can kill demons!! Need rest!
